MIO ECSDE announces the present call for the development of an online course. The call for offers has been issued by MIO ECSDE in the framework of the project YOUthCARE4planet (Ref. number A_Y_2.2_0621INTERREG NEXT MED PROGRAMME 2021- 2027)
Deadline for Submission of Offers: 22/04/2026 at 17:00 CET
Interested parties are kindly invited to carefully read the Call and the ToR (ANNEX II) and submit your offer to procurement@mio-ecsde.org with the following subject line: “Request for Offers 4/MIO-ECSDE You(th)Care4Planet”. Offers must be submitted before the above-mentioned deadline.
Submission Requirements:
Your email submission should include the following two folders:
FOLDER A
This folder should include:
- The Submission Letter provided in Annex I, duly signed and stamped.
- Evidence of the On/Off Qualification Criteria, including:
- A.1 LMS Platform Experience: Evidence of having implemented at least 10 complete e-learning projects on TalentLMS.
- A.2 E-Learning Project Delivery Capacity: Evidence of delivery of at least 7 e-learning projects during the last year, including (i) content structuring and (ii) instructional design visual/template design
- A.3 Organisational & Operational Capacity: Evidence of more than 15 years of business establishment registration in one of the official professional or trade registries compliance with tax and social security obligations
- Evidence of the Technical Merit Qualification Criteria, including:
B1: TalentLMS Experience & Technical Competence
B2: E-Learning Content & Instructional Design
B3: Visual Design & Template Quality
B4: Project Management Support Capacity & Relevant Sector Experience
FOLDER B
A password-protected folder including: The Financial Offer, using the template provided in Annex III
Important notes:
- If the password is sent together with the offer file, the offer will be rejected.
- If the Financial Offer is not password-protected, the offer will be rejected.
Language Requirement:
All documentation and offers must be submitted in English. Applications submitted in any other language will be rejected.
