Including deaf and hard of hearing students in the ESD experience

The MEdIES team of the Mediterranean Information Office for Environment Culture and Sustainable Development (MIO-ECSDE) has been implementing “The Gift of Rain” as the educational component of the Rainwater Harvesting Programme (RWH). RWH aims to promote the use of non conventional water resources (NCWR) in the Mediterranean with special focus on rainwater harvesting as a practical contribution towards water security and climate change adaptation at a local level. The RHW program started in 2008 and is being implemented by the Global Water Partnership – Mediterranean (GWP-Med) in partnership with the “Mission Water” Environmental Program by the Coca-Cola System in Greece.
